Hello! So for my primary source analysis, I wanted to do something interesting of course but I also wanted to do something different, something most people wouldn't think of. My first choice is about food as aphrodisiacs, meaning all the foods that increase sexual desire. I find it interesting that foods have the ability to arouse people and increase fertility. I think that I will be able to work with this for several weeks the only thing I have to do is find a long enough article about it instead of pieces here and there. But here are two articles about the subject. http://www.articlesbase.com/advertising-articles/food-aphrodisiacs-sexy-food-to-get-you-in-the-mood-2075897.html....http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/Articles/Nutrition-Health-Food-Labeling-646/aphrodisiac-foods.aspx

For my second primary source analysis I thought about doing a part of the documentary King Corn. This documentary was filmed in 2007 and I think this would be interesting because corn has become very popular over the last few years. I want to find out why corn is the so-called king, where it will be in the future, why is it used in almost everything we eat, and the effects that it has on our bodies. Here are two youtube clips introducing the documentary. Enjoy!

I agree! Both of your choices are good ideas, they are both different but very interesting in thier own way. I look forward to seeing which one you choose!
I think that both of your ideas are great. Given the time constraints, though, I would go for the second option, since you have a clear idea of what primary source you would use and it's one that would work extremely well. I watched both of the videos you linked, and I like the trailer better. It gives you a more immediate, direct idea of the documentary and the material covered in it than the interview does. Obviously, you may want to use the whole documentary as a secondary source as well. You may also want to bring the "corn syrup is not bad!" propaganda ads in at some point, since they show the industry reacting to criticisms such as the ones made in the film.
